The hotel is well, located and easy to access other tourist spots nearby. the Japanese, styled room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. There was an onsen available which was a great way to relax after a long day of work. the staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with our needs.
The smell of sulfur was overwhelming everywhere, which unfortunately affected the non, smoking rooms as well. the interior of the hotel looked a bit dated and the lighting was a bit dim.

Japanese decor of the room. Breakfast here was good. We were able to park on site.
Nothing, all great.

The onsen was truly fantastic, and it was an excellent way to relax after a long day out exploring. The local surroundings were lovely, and it was easy to walk to nearby attractions from the hotel. We really appreciated being able to have two meals included, which made it easier to stick to our budget.
We couldn't help but feel disappointed by the overall experience. The hotel was incredibly outdated, and the decor felt more like a time capsule from the '70s than a modern hotel.
